About me

You're not too much. You're not too late.

I didn’t come to this work from theory. I came to it because I needed it.

Like many of the people I  work with, I spent years trying to find a space where I could be met with real care — not just to be understood, but to feel safe enough to soften and heal. That search became the ground of my path, and over time, I learned how to offer others what I have always needed most myself.

I am a Hakomi somatic practitioner and transformational coach.  I work with the wisdom of the body to help you access core material that is below you conscious thought.  Instead of just talking about issues, I help you use a state of somatic mindfulness to access your root belief systems, bringing loving attention to what needs to be witnessed, held and transformed.  My work is gentle, intuitive and deep. I have a gift for seeing you in your fullness while holding the parts that are in need of care. I am passionate about helping you find a balance between true intimacy and connection while creating a deeper, more steady relationship with your authentic self.

Along with being a somatic practitioner, I have been a speaker and teacher of intuition, improvisation, and storytelling for the last fifteen years. I've  worked one-on-one with clients as a healer, intuitive and executive coach, as well as companies internationally, helping them to trust their intuition and tell more holistic stories.

As a life long  seeker and student of the divine feminine, taoism, meditation, breathwork, shamanic practice and alchemy, I consider the work of personal evolution to be a sacred act and a journey towards wholeness and deeper fulfillment.

You're allowed to want more. You're allowed to heal gently. You're allowed to take up space  It's my true honor to walk with you on this journey.

“The place of true healing is a fierce place. It’s a giant place. It’s a place of monstrous beauty and endless dark and glimmering light.”  - Cheryl Strayed
